Equal Rights for All Tennesseans

This session will analyze how African Americans returned from the war determined to fight for equal rights. We will discuss Baker v. Care, the landmark court redistricting decision, the new wave of feminism with the fight over the Equal Rights Amendment, and the state's response to the Vietnam War.
